Jack and Cam are joined by two special guests for a really important discussion about improving veterinary career sustainability - and there is a lot of work being done in this space. Dr Julie Strous is the Executive Director of the Australasian Veterinary Boards Council (AVBC) and Dr Zoe Lenard is a Perth-based radiology specialist vet and the Chair of the Sustainable Practice Committee (SPC) setup by the AVBC.

The SPC was created as part of AVBC’s commitment to supporting boards and working with the associations and educators to deliver a fit-for-purpose veterinary profession. It wants to see veterinarians sustaining continued growth and professional satisfaction throughout their careers.
