We discuss the role of the AVA as a member organisation, how they are tackling well-being in the industry and the "BHAG" (Big Hairy Audacious Goal) of halving the suicide rate in the veterinary field in 5 years. Warwick explains the current AVA Veterinary Wellness Project and the aims of the recent survey conducted amongst vets to gather meaningful data to help shape future programs.
